Prices & Payment

All prices are automatically shown in US dollars, you can select your preferred currency from the top left hand corner. We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay, PayPal, Sezzle and Klarna.

Please note items are shipped express from our Australian warehouse, orders may attract customs duties and taxes and as the recipient, you will be responsible for paying these costs to release the goods from customs upon arrival. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.

All orders are dispatched via DHL International Express, with a 3-5 day delivery. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Order status and tracking

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been packed and dispatched which will allow you to track your order via DHL. If you do not receive your parcel in the timeframe specified or you have any further queries, please email hello@thenappysociety.com.au and provide us with your name, contact number and order number. 

Please note we do not offer rain checks on sales or promotions when items are marked as sold out. 


We have taken great care to inspect every item, however we will happily exchange any item that is defective or faulty. We only offer exchange or credit note for change of mind, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund will only be provided if your goods cannot be repaired or replaced.

If you wish to exchange or return an item for credit, please contact us at hello@thenappysociety.com.au and state your name, order number and reason for exchange/return. 

Please note that:

  • Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and be in its original condition as when it was received. If the items have been worn or damaged, we cannot offer a return or exchange. 

  • A refund will only be provided if your goods cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • We will not be responsible for lost return packages so you may wish to use a tracking number or some method of secure postage. 

  • Shipping back to us for an exchange is not covered by The Nappy Society, this is at the customers expense.
