Q: I can’t decide on the size or colour, can you help?!

Q: Will a laptop fit inside my Insert? 

Yes, our Original Baby Bag Insert will easily fit a 13” laptop inside the large outer zip pocket. Our Luxe Nylon Tote will easily fit a laptop of 15”.

Q: Can I still use the Inserts and/or Bags if I’m not a mum?!

Absolutely! Our Inserts are also great for work and travel, or just helping you keep your favourite day-to-day tote a lot more organised!

Q: What are the products made from?

Our Baby Bag Inserts, Pram Caddies and Accessories are made from a coated cotton canvas which is durable, lightweight and water resistant. Our Cross Body Bag, Luxe Nylon Tote and Kids Backpacks are made from a water-resistance nylon material which is super lightweight, durable and easy to care for.

Q: What if a product I wish to purchase is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, we will either open up pre-orders if our next delivery is already on the way, otherwise you can up to be notified when the item is back in stock, by clicking on the ‘EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE’ button. If you are searching for a product and can’t see it on our website, please email us at hello@thenappysociety.com.au

Q: What if the item I want is on pre order?

If the item states ‘PRE ORDER’ in the title, it means the item is currently out of stock but we have a delivery on the way. The estimated delivery will be listed in the product description, but please note these are approximate dates only. All items placed with a pre order item will be shipped all together, once the pre order item is back in stock. If you would like your ‘in-stock’ item first, we would recommend placing separate orders.
